Every submission must have a valid 10-digit US phone number, a recorded consent statement and a real ZIP code, and it's screened against the last 30 days for duplicates (same phone, same trade). Duplicates are rejected and never shown to buyers. You only see leads in your own ZIP codes and trades.
If the customer says they never booked it, or it's fraudulent, report it from the lead within 72 hours after the appointment. Our agent calls the customer to check, and approved disputes are refunded in full. No-shows, cancellations and customers who don't buy aren't refundable: you're buying a verified appointment, not a guaranteed sale.
You get an email or text the moment a lead in your area arrives. Unlock it and the homeowner's details, job notes and consent record are yours, and are sent straight to your CRM: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or anything Zapier reaches. Prefer hands-off?
