Buyer Terms
These terms apply to every appointment you buy on RealLead, including the refund policy.
1. What you're buying
Each purchase is an exclusive appointment: a homeowner who confirmed on a recorded verification call that they requested the service, that their details are correct, and that they agreed to the scheduled date and time. It is sold to one buyer only.
RealLead guarantees a properly booked and verified appointment under these terms. It does not guarantee that the customer will attend, be home, keep the appointment, or buy anything.
2. Refund policy
No-show appointments are not refundable. Neither are cancellations or reschedules after booking, a customer changing their mind, a customer who doesn't answer, or a customer who declines to buy.
A refund is available only if (a) the customer says they never booked or agreed to the appointment and the evidence supports it, or (b) the appointment is fraudulent, such as invented customer details or a booking made without the customer's permission.
Report a problem from the lead within 72 hours after the scheduled appointment time. Choose the reason and describe what happened.
3. How disputes are reviewed
When you file a dispute, RealLead's verification agent calls the customer (on a recorded line, during legal calling hours) to ask whether they booked the appointment. If the customer confirms they booked it, the dispute is closed without a refund and you'll get the recording. If the customer says they never booked it, RealLead reviews the recordings and records and decides. Decisions are based on documented evidence and applied consistently.
The original verification recording, booking details and dispute call are all considered. If the original recording shows the customer knowingly agreed to the appointment, a later no-show or change of mind does not qualify.
4. Misuse
Filing disputes that the customer contradicts, or disputing appointments because a sale didn't close, is misuse. RealLead tracks dispute outcomes per buyer and may limit disputes, require prepayment, or close accounts that misuse them.
Card chargebacks on purchased appointments bypass this process. A chargeback pauses your account until it is resolved, and RealLead will submit the verification recording and these terms as evidence.
5. Your use of the appointment
Contact the customer only about the service they requested and follow applicable telemarketing, Do Not Call and privacy laws. Do not resell or share appointment details.
